Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Drive the achievement of Sell Out, Reach, Range, and Execution objectives for the assigned territory through effective management of distributor sales operations and merchandising teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the distributor sales leadership team in creating the annual territory business plan and operational plans.
- Ensure high execution standards by leading operations reviews to identify action plans for improvement.
- Drive profitable growth for key customers by coaching on the Nestle Way of Selling.
- Support Category and Channel Plans development by providing insights on execution and training distributor sales teams.
