Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
Develop new products and implement industrialization of product-related innovations and renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize product development, overseeing standardization and implementation of compliant formulas, managing industrial trials, and maintaining manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and adjust factory recipes to ensure compliance while leading raw material specification for infant formula and ensuring products meet legal and TNR standards.
- Identify and lead process improvements to reduce costs and enhance quality, providing technical support and elevating knowledge through training within the manufacturing department.
