Job Description
Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the efficient performance of manpower and resources at Nestlé to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance and improvement activities.
- Define and monitor maintenance procedures.
- Ensure safety and review equipment capacities.
- Identify maintenance service quality issues.
- Conduct safety meetings and job hazard analyses.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Preferably a licensed Engineer
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
