Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
Manage key customers to achieve profitable growth. Establish Nestlé as the business partner of choice by creating a customer category business plan, exemplifying the Nestlé way of selling and negotiating, and driving excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer opportunities to support and build customer plans.
- Drive sales, negotiation, and execution of customer plans.
- Achieve Customer Category KPIs including Sales Achievement and Growth.
- Execute the order-to-cash process and customer engagement strategy.
- Collaborate with relevant teams on initiatives.
