Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a Training and Development Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, including Voice and Accent Training Delivery, and have a CEFR C1 level proficiency. Key responsibilities include delivering training in language, voice, accent, and soft skills, conducting audits, interviewing new hires, and reporting on training effectiveness. A minimum of 12 – 18 months of experience is required. Proficiency in MS Office tools and instructional design skills are preferred. Applicants must be willing to work in shifts and maintain regular communication with trainees.
