Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Specialist to prepare case reviews for our Medical Directors. The successful candidate will ensure timely processing of appeals in accordance with State, Federal, and NCQA standards. You will communicate with members, providers, and various departments while generating resolution communications based on company policies.
Requirements include 2-4 years of experience in processing appeals, RN licensure, and knowledge of NCQA and Medicare regulations. Strong communication and analytical skills are a must.
