Job Description
OPTIMUM SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a skilled HR & Admin Supervisor. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, training, employee performance evaluations, and benefits management.
We prefer candidates with five years of experience, especially in contracting, construction, or engineering. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, proactive, and computer literate. Preferably located in Muntinlupa or Laguna.
