Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Circle Leaders, the Customer Experience Executive’s main objective is to deliver world-class service to our customers via email, call, and chat, ensuring each interaction is accurate, efficient, and respectful.

ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION:

Join the customer service team at Probe CX for Workwear Group, supplying work uniforms in Australia.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 0-6 months BPO experience (Customer Service preferred)
  • Proficient in English
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati, 5 days a week
