HomeWiseDocs.com, a RealPage Company, is seeking a dedicated Product Support Agent I to join our team. We provide essential data and documents for real estate transactions across the United States, handling over 10,00 transactions per month. In this role, you’ll operate in a professional help desk environment, assisting customers with our HomeWiseDocs system.
Your responsibilities will include providing full-time phone support, accurately documenting issues in Salesforce, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates should hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of customer service experience, possess strong multitasking abilities, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
