Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, located in Fort Bonifacio, is seeking a dedicated Concierge Staff member. You will provide exceptional concierge services at the Horizon Homes Lobby and Amenity Center, assisting owners and guests with inquiries and deliveries.
Ideal candidates should have 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international hotel. Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office, along with fluent English, is preferred. A pleasing personality and team leadership skills are essential.
