Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, located in the vibrant Fort Bonifacio district, is seeking a Horizon Club Associate. The hotel, with its 60-storey height and luxurious accommodations, offers a stunning backdrop for your career in hospitality.
As a Horizon Club Associate, you will provide personalized guest service, create memorable experiences, and maintain high service standards. Candidates should ideally be college graduates in Hospitality, possessing relevant experience in a 5-star hotel, and have a background in Front Office or F&B.
Successful applicants will be team players, fluent in English, and passionate about guest interaction and creativity.
