Job Description
As an Area Manager for Straightforward, you will oversee 3-4 stores, ensuring exceptional service and managing manpower to help each store’s team reach its full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 3-4 stores in alignment with brand standards.
- Enhance store cleanliness, organization, and hospitality.
- Oversee staff onboarding, training, and scheduling.
- Evaluate Store Leads to meet performance expectations.
Requirements:
- Retail management experience overseeing multiple stores.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel across store locations.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
