- Receive inbound calls to assist Customer inquiries.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong customer service skills including soft skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Insurance CSR experience is highly recommended.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 year graduate course.
- 1 year experience in an inbound call center.
