Job Description
Join TeleCaldwell Careers as a Hotel Reservation Chat Support Specialist! We offer an industry-leading benefits package, including a competitive salary of Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month.
Your responsibilities will include following standard operations, escalating priority problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications include High School Graduate status (or ALS), excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to multi-task. Experience in BPO is a plus, but not required.
