Job Description
Transcend Technologies Inc. is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to support our company’s Account and Administrative functions in our Laguna Technopark office. This full-time position includes maintaining accounting records, coordinating with auditors for tax preparations, processing payroll, monitoring employee benefits, and managing hotel reservations for visitors. Additionally, the role involves maintaining our Spareparts Database via SAP, creating and sending customer quotations, and ensuring effective customer service regarding spare parts.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence are essential for this position.
