Job Description
The ISO Certification and Accreditation Admin Executive provides vital support to the Management Service, Business Assurance Division for Legal Entities within ASEAN. This role includes managing quotations, audit planning, and auditor qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create timely and accurate quotations.
- Plan and manage audits efficiently.
- Review completed quotations and audit plans.
- Assist in auditor qualifications review.
- Provide technical support to ASEAN legal entity admins.
- Maintain department data effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
