Job Description
WTW is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Flex Analyst to support our Asia Pacific clients in monitoring and tracking claims and reimbursements. The ideal candidate should have strong data manipulation skills and experience in benefits brokerage or insurance administration.
Key responsibilities include enhancing technical knowledge of global benefits plans and delivering exceptional client service. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and strong analytical thinking.
