Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of Marketing, Business Management, Property Management, or related fields, with at least 2-3 years of experience in property management or lease marketing, preferably at a supervisory level. The role involves filling vacancies in assigned malls, increasing occupancy rates, establishing tenant zoning and mix, and managing rental operations.
Key qualifications include strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the mall/retail and real estate industry, and expertise in all facets of leasing operations.
