Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be results-oriented, possess a positive outlook, and have a strong sense of integrity and honesty. With good communication skills and analytical abilities, the Sales Officer will handle both cold and warm calls to leads, maintain positive customer relationships, and manage inquiries effectively.
The candidate will also be tasked with promoting products, informing clients about promotions, and creating detailed sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis. A background in business studies is required, along with knowledge of market trends and loan documentation.
