Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant – AR to provide financial, clerical, and administrative services. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payments related to accounting support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date billing statements.
- Prepare deposits for all collections of checks and cash.
- Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities by deadlines.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments and irregularities.
- Follow up on collections and perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Accountancy/Banking & Finance or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of AP/AR and general accounting procedures.
- Skilled in MS Applications and accounting software.
