Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Leasing Officer to join our team at Xentro Malls. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Property Management, or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in leasing operations, including a minimum of 2 years in property management or lease marketing at a supervisory level.
The successful candidate will optimize area value, increase occupancy rates, establish tenant zoning, and manage documentation for new tenants. Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the mall/retail and real estate industry are essential.
