Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a Tenant Relations Officer to ensure effective management and compliance of mall tenants. The successful candidate will oversee construction and renovation activities, ensure adherence to lease terms, and provide tenant support in coordination with our Engineering and Leasing Departments.
Qualifications: Graduates of business or related fields with mall or hotel experience preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be available to work onsite at Xentro Malls and commit to a 6-day work week.
Duties: Inspect tenant areas, ensure design standards compliance, facilitate tenant clearance processes, and manage documentation.
