Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a qualified Leasing Officer for our Leasing Department. The ideal candidate will be a graduate in Marketing, Business Management, Property Management, or related fields with 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in property management or Lease Marketing at a supervisory level. Candidates should possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the mall/retail and real estate industry.
Key responsibilities include filling vacancies, increasing occupancy rates, establishing tenant zoning and mix, and overseeing all documentation for new tenants. You will act as the leasing point person during the first year of mall operations.
