Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate in Marketing, Business Management, Property Management, or related fields, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience. We prefer candidates with at least 2 years specializing in property management or lease marketing at the supervisory level.
The Leasing Officer will be responsible for filling vacancies, increasing occupancy rates, establishing tenant zoning, and overseeing documentation for new tenants. A strong understanding of the mall, retail, and real estate industry, along with excellent negotiation skills, is essential.
