Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Workforce Analyst, you will forecast and determine workforce requirements through data analysis. Responsibilities include generating optimized schedules, managing time-off requests, and conducting schedule simulations. You will engage in staffing discussions and ensure forecast accuracy while supporting training activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of relevant workforce experience is needed. Familiarity with EWFM, Aspect, or IEX is a plus.
