Job Description
Alorica is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to assist in planning, implementation, and communication of employee and labor relations programs. The successful candidate will monitor program effectiveness and recommend modifications.
Key responsibilities include compiling data on labor proposals, guiding management on grievance procedures, and participating in labor management discussions. Gather employee feedback and analyze HR statistics.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of university education or Bachelor’s Degree; 1-3 years of related experience. Organized and policy-compliant candidates are encouraged to apply.
