Job Description
Join Alorica as a Human Resources Associate! In this role, you will process and record termination data, provide real-time updates to Payroll, and prepare reports for management. You will handle all copying and filing needs, maintain HR policy manuals, and manage mailing operations. Serve as a liaison between HR teams and internal customers, and ensure compliance with all related policies and procedures. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities. You should be independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Night shift availability is required.
