Job Description
Alorica is seeking a talented Learning Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will conduct language skills support training, accent neutralization training, and various other language training programs. Additionally, they will create, enhance, and facilitate additional training courses related to the Company’s Academy to support the ongoing development of our employees.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of college attendance
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- ESL or English teaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory
