Job Description
Alorica is seeking a dedicated and engaging Learning Delivery Specialist to enhance our training programs. The ideal candidate will conduct Language Skills Support Training, Accent Neutralization Training, and various other language training initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating, improving, and facilitating courses that support the ongoing development of our existing employees.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have completed at least one year of college and possess excellent English communication skills. A working knowledge of MS Office is essential, and backgrounds in ESL or English teaching are preferred but not mandatory.
