Job Description
Alorica is looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct Language Skills Support Training, Accent Neutralization Training, and other language training programs. You will also create, enhance, and facilitate additional training courses or programs to support the ongoing development of our existing employees.
Qualifications:
- Must have attended college for at least a year
- Excellent English communication skills are essential
- Working knowledge of MS Office is required
- Background in ESL or English teaching is preferred, but not mandatory
