Job Description
Isuzu Phil is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing culture-building programs and employee engagement activities that align with IPC Culture. You will lead initiatives such as the employees’ newsletter and work closely with the Labor Management Council on various labor-related matters.
We are looking for a graduate in Psychology or Behavioral Sciences with at least 3 years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing. The ideal candidate is results-driven, possesses outstanding communication skills, and demonstrates integrity and proactivity.
