Job Description
Transcend Technologies Inc. is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team in Laguna Technopark, Binan, Laguna. This full-time position involves assisting with company account and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accounting records, processing payroll, and managing employee benefits.
- Coordinating with auditors for business taxation requirements.
- Managing hotel reservations for visitors and monitoring employee leave balances.
- Supporting customer service and monitoring spare parts orders through SAP.
We welcome motivated candidates who can handle multiple tasks with diligence.
Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills
