Job Description
Kosmic Clark Medical Inc is seeking a dedicated Logistics Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will assist in monitoring and coordinating all import and export transactions, liaising with customs brokers and couriers, and closely monitoring all incoming shipments from arrival to delivery.
Responsibilities include preparing status reports for incoming shipments, checking billings from brokers, ensuring the accuracy of all import and export documents, and advising departments on potential delays.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration or a related field, with experience in import and export procedures being a significant advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
