Job Description
Kosmic Clark Medical Inc is seeking a proactive and self-motivated HR Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee 201 files, including records of disciplinary actions, leaves, and absences. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, facilitate the orientation of new hires, and handle timekeeping.
Your duties will also include front desk operations, logging documents, redirecting phone calls, and attending to guests and visitors. Additionally, you will prepare and remit government loans and contributions, create interoffice memos, and ensure that all employees adhere to company policies.
