Job Description
Monde Nissin is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrative Staff to join our dynamic team in Pampanga. The successful candidate will manage and maintain the petty cash fund of the Sales office, including submitting replenishment summaries and handling reimbursements. You will monitor and record weekly expense reports, handle payments to suppliers and agencies, and coordinate hotel accommodations for sales staff and visitors. Additionally, you will assist with personnel and HR requirements, maintain records of sales and operational expenses, and file attachments for official business correspondence.
