Job Description
Job Summary:
The Accounting Staff – AR is responsible for providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment related to accounting support.
Qualifications:
- Maintain up-to-date billing statements.
- Prepare deposits of all collections (checks and cash).
- Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments and irregularities.
- Follow-up on collections and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
- Graduate of Accountancy/Banking & Finance or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of AP/AR and general accounting procedures.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting software.
