Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Xentro Malls as a Tenant Relations Officer. We seek enthusiastic graduates in business or related fields. While experience in the mall or hotel industry is preferred, fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
Key qualifications include excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills. Availability for 6 days a week during mall hours is required.
Your role will involve ensuring lease compliance, assisting tenants with construction issues, and inspecting tenant areas.
