The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Operation/Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least two years of relevant experience. Strong administrative skills and knowledge in mall operations and leasing procedures are essential.
Responsibilities include ensuring profitable mall operations, maintaining positive relationships with tenants and suppliers, and enhancing the mall’s physical value. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a can-do attitude are vital.
